The journey of an educator is one that never stops. Each step brings new lessons, new challenges, and new opportunities to grow. I’m excited to share that I have been selected for the Women Empowerment Program (WEP) Semester 2 Series, supported by SAP, Google, Irish Aid, and Camden Education.
This opportunity is not only about my own development it strengthens my mission here in Uganda to use technology as a tool for transformation in education. Through my work as a teacher, EduTech trainer, and digital content creator, I have seen how ICT can bridge the gap in learning, equip teachers with modern skills, and inspire students to become creators and innovators.
From training teachers in digital pedagogy, to mentoring children and youth in coding and digital creativity, my vision is to help build a generation that is ready for the future. The WEP program gives me the chance to deepen this mission, connect with changemakers across Africa, and continue building solutions that empower learners.
Education is powerful when it is inclusive, innovative, and impactful. By embracing technology, we can open doors for many more learners and educators.
